🤍 It’s not always love and light.
There’s something weighing on my heart today, and I feel like I need to speak about it honestly.
I strongly believe in the existence of both dark and light energy. This isn’t something I believe just because it sounds spiritual or because it’s part of my work. It’s something I’ve come to believe through what I’ve witnessed with my own eyes and the experiences I’ve had throughout my life.
I’ve seen what trauma can do to a person. I’ve seen people struggle with depression, alcohol, drugs and addiction. I’ve seen how these struggles can slowly impact someone’s decisions, their relationships, their family, their business, their finances and almost every part of their life. I’ve seen the heartbreak that can come from it, and I’ve seen how devastating the loss of someone to su***de can be.
And it fu***ng hurts.
Because when you love people, when you’ve seen their pain, and when you know how much life can change when someone is struggling, you just wish you could reach out and help everyone.
My personal belief is that darkness feeds on the places within us that are hurting. The trauma we haven’t healed, the pain we carry, the moments when we feel completely alone and the times when we start believing that nothing will ever get better. I believe that the more we lose ourselves in that darkness, the harder it can become to see a way forward.
But I also believe in the light. ✨
I believe there is always hope, even when someone can’t see it for themselves. I believe healing is possible. I believe we can find our way back to ourselves, even after the hardest experiences. And I believe that sometimes all it takes is one person who genuinely listens, one safe space, one moment of feeling understood, or one small step towards getting help.
This is a huge part of why I was drawn to energy healing. My beliefs are deeply personal, and I know not everyone will see the world the way I do. That’s okay. I’m not here to force my beliefs on anyone. I’m simply sharing what I believe in and why this work means so much to me.
I wish I could help absolutely everyone who is hurting. I wish I could take away the pain, the trauma and the darkness that people carry. But I know I can’t save everyone, and that’s a hard thing to accept when you care so deeply.
What I do want people to know is this:
If you’re struggling, please don’t believe that you’re beyond help.
If you’re battling depression, addiction, trauma, or feelings that have become too heavy to carry alone, please reach out. Even if you feel like you have nobody, there are people who will listen. There are services that can support you. There are people who want you here, even if your pain is making that difficult to believe right now.
You don’t have to wait until you’ve lost everything to ask for help. You don’t have to fight your battles in silence. And you don’t have to have everything figured out to take that first step.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is let someone in.
I’m feeling a little heavy-hearted today. This is a reminder that behind the smiles, the spiritual posts and the talk of love and light, there is a real person who has witnessed pain, who cares deeply, and who knows that life isn’t always beautiful or easy.
It’s not always love and light.
Sometimes it’s sitting with the darkness, acknowledging the pain, and choosing — even in the smallest way — to keep reaching for the light. 🤍✨
If you’re in that dark place right now, please don’t give up on yourself. There is help, there is hope, and your story doesn’t have to end here.
