With breath, nature, intentional postures, mindful movement & yoga nidra, we came home to our true selves.

Tomorrow!!!… check out the schedule for our fundraising day for Nepal.

Come & enjoy yoga, meditation, qi gong & Pilates.

All of these amazing instructors have donated their time for you to enjoy & in exchange, you can leave a donation to put a child through school in Nepal.

It warms my heart to know our little community can help another little community on the other side of the world.

Come & eat Nepalese food & meet Mingma Sherpa and his wife Louise who founded the Pearl Lotus Fund.

Drop in for half an hour or stay for the day!

This Saturday 10th October!

Come along to this free event and meet the hearts behind the Pearl Lotus Fund - Mingma Sherpa & his wife Louise. They are making a special trip to our fundraising event in Apollo Bay before flying to Nepal on Saturday night.

I will be offering some little yoga experiences at the times above. There will be delicious Nepalese food cooked by our fabulous hospitality students.

Yoga, Meditation, Pilates & Qi Gong. Kind hearts, kind people, music & delicious food for you to enjoy.

$12 will cover one year of school for a child in Nepal. 100% of all donations go directly to Nepal. Mingma & Louise distribute where it is most needed.

Join our beautiful community so we can make a difference in the world.

See you there - it kicks off at 10am Gym Lab Apollo Bay. You will find us along the driveway & out the back on the grass.
