Our Director, Ben Feenan, has spent over a decade providing high quality complex care and high intensity support and is making sure his quality of care can be felt across Australia, no matter who you are.

We’re launching across both the Google and Apple Store! 🍎

Asina currently supports over 100 participants across just NSW in our 6 months of operation, and this is the beginning of our journey to work towards a future where people with disabilities and those aging, can live the lives they choose with the highest quality support, nation wide.

We've just filled 3 roles we previously advertised and are looking for another casual Disability Support Practitioner in Armidale, starting at 9 hours a week on the below roster line.

We're growing rapidly across NSW. New shifts go to our team first, and there's room to move into team leader, key worker and senior roles.

Our song “We’re Still Here” by AS!NA for NDIS participants is out now. And we're taking it to Parliament. 💚💛

"We're Still Here" by AS!NA was written by our director, Ben Feenan, from ten years on the floor as a support worker. It's out everywhere you listen to music.

Introducing MyAsina 🎉

MyAsina is coming to the App Store and Google Play very soon. Your roster, your support worker's notes, your living plan, invoices and your agreements, all on your phone.

Every Asina participant, family and support practitioners already uses it. We're just making it more accessible!

We've launched Asina Academy, our in-house training for support workers.

It's 15 courses and it's free for everyone who works with us. We also require refreshers to be completed every month. Every new worker completes it as part of their induction, on top of the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and paid shadow shifts before their first solo shift.

The courses cover the practical stuff that matters day to day: person-centred support, medication, manual handling, safeguarding, the NDIS Code of Conduct, mealtime management, epilepsy, mental health, infection control and incident reporting.

We built it because we want every worker to arrive at a shift knowing what good support looks like, and we want the families we work with to know that too.
