Sometimes it is taking what you know works, what you know makes a difference, and thoughtfully applying it where it is needed most.

And that's a wrap on the Elegant Leaders Lunch!

What an incredible day of connection, collaboration and community. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces come together, engage with inspiring guest speakers, and share genuinely meaningful conversations.

As our sector continues to navigate constant change, collaboration across community leaders, the NDIS, local government, allied health and the broader service sector matters more than ever. By working together and thinking beyond traditional pathways, we can create better outcomes for the participants and families we all support.

We were proud to sponsor this event alongside Hireup, and to see Nerina's vision for the day come to life thanks to a dedicated organising committee, including Susan Carter, and everyone, including Michelle Burton, who attended and brought so much heart and purpose to the conversations.

Our focus has not changed.

To support people with clarity and confidence. To advocate where it matters. And to deliver coordination that is consistent, considered and genuinely helpful.

That was true when it was only NDIS Support Coordination. It is true now that it includes Aged Care Coordination, in partnership with Trilogy Care.

The service is new. The standard is not.

What an incredible day at the Tamworth Links for Life Disability Expo!

Hats off and a massive congratulations to the organisers, volunteers, caterers, service providers, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to bring together such a fantastic event. Days like this make us proud to be part of the NDIS and Aged Care sectors in our local community.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Auscare Support stand for a chat, shared their experiences, asked questions, or picked up a marker and added something to our community banner.
We started with a fairly blank piece of calico and one question: "What does 'COMMUNITY' look like?"
By the end of the day, it had been filled with words, drawings, and messages about kindness, family, friendship, inclusion, belonging, and connection. It wasn't about creating something perfect. It was about creating something together, and we think the finished banner says more about community than anything we could have written ourselves.

This Foster Care Week, we say thank you.

To every foster carer who opens their home, their heart, and their time to a child who needs it: thank you. You create safety where there was uncertainty, stability where there was change, and opportunity where a child might have had none.

Foster Care Week (13–19 September) is a chance for all of us to recognise the incredible impact carers have on the lives of children and young people across Australia. It's not always easy work, but it's some of the most important work there is.
