His leadership, expertise and care shape everything we do and, together with his beautiful wife Jess, they have done a pretty fabulous job of bringing to life their dream of a community-centred family practice—grounded in the traditional values of continuity, connection and personalised care, while embracing a modern understanding of healthcare and the needs of today’s patients.

This Dementia Action Week, we’re raising awareness and encouraging conversations about dementia — because understanding, support and compassion can make a meaningful difference.

Dementia affects more than memory. It can impact individuals, families, carers and communities in many different ways. By learning more, challenging stigma and supporting those living with dementia, we can help create a more inclusive and understanding community.

If you have concerns about changes in your own memory or the memory and thinking of someone you care about, talking to your GP is an important first step.

Let’s take action, start conversations and support people living with dementia.
