October 22nd but I’m posting it anyway.
I haven’t been feeling the cheerful glow of the cosmos this month and when life gets like this, posting feels like a job that needs to be in the too hard basket.
So for the rest of the month I am giving myself an extra push to show up and get things done. To check myself when I’m overthinking and to just do the things!

Tonight I lit this candle for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.
I remember the loved ones who are mourning, the babies they never got to hold and the life that has changed by the gap that they have left.
Today I remember all of those touched by grief and love. The grief of losing a baby is ever encompassing.
Our hearts can hold grief and love together, but gosh I wish they didn’t have to. ###
