Welcome to Beverley Wellness Hub, incorporating Beverley Kinesiology Clinic — a space for abundance, relaxation, life balance and holistic wellbeing. I’m a qualified Kinesiologist with an Advanced Diploma in Functional Kinesiology, empowering clients to live with physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual balance. My journey began in 2010 when a friend introduced me to this dynamic and powerful healing modality — it has transformed my life, and I am passionate about helping others experience the same. Everything in our universe is energy — including our bodies. When energy is balanced, positive change follows in all areas of life. Kinesiology can support issues such as mindset, stress, physical pain, digestive concerns, cardiovascular issues, allergies, brain integration, and much more. Sessions begin with a conversation about your health and lifestyle. During each Kinesiology session, we explore the root cause of what brought you to my clinic and work with your central nervous system—connected to your subconscious—to guide your body’s natural healing process. Techniques may include sound therapy, flower essences, acupressure, and more. Sessions typically last around 1 hour and 15 minutes, and lasting change often unfolds through a course of treatments. In addition to Kinesiology, Toxin-free living is central to my approach to true health. At Beverley Wellness Hub, we offer a carefully selected range of gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-toxic essentials and personal items to support your health naturally. These products reflect my belief that true wellness is nourished through both energetic balance and mindful lifestyle choices. Let’s start your journey today - toward balance and wellbeing—together at Beverley Wellness Hub.
