Lion’s Gate Portal ✨🦁

This Saturday, the Lion’s Gate Portal opens once again.

For many, 8.8 is a time to pause, reflect, and set intentions to welcome into your life’s next season.

We’ve created a simple ritual you can do this Saturday or anytime this week to help you connect with what you’re ready to invite in, while gently releasing what no longer serves you. ✨

This cosy little cave of a studio, tucked away down the back lanes of Bondi Road, was created to be a place to exhale.

A space where you can step away from the noise, soften your shoulders, reconnect with yourself and simply be.

Whether you join us for Yoga, Pilates, Restorative, Yin, Reiki, Sound Baths, Spinal Flow or a Holistic Healing Facial, every offering shares the same intention to support your nervous system, your body and your wellbeing.

More than a studio, we’ve always hoped it would feel like a sanctuary. A place where everyone is welcome, exactly as they are.

We can’t wait to welcome you in. 🤍

Our signature classes - Yin & Reiki / Restorative & Reiki 💛

Gentle holds, with healing touch and reiki infused into every session. These classes were designed for the overstimulated mind, a group session based off Rachel’s 1:1 reiki sessions, to help you come back to a more regulated state.
