I’ve been seeing a lot of people lately who are giving and caring so much for others but not nurturing or looking after themselves.
They have just been too busy.

🌟This is your gentle reminder🌟

Self-care doesn’t need to be another task on your to-do list.

It doesn’t need to be complicated, expensive or perfectly planned.

Sometimes, self-care is simply sitting quietly and listening to the rain.

Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Noticing the beauty of a flower.

Enjoying a cup of tea without rushing.

Listening to music that soothes your soul.

Or giving yourself permission to lie down, close your eyes, and do absolutely nothing for a little while.

These moments matter.

What are you doing for yourself this week?
What brings you joy and some relaxation?
You matter!

The children shared that they have been doing lots of testing at school, so our mindful art session today after our meditation was the perfect opportunity to slow down, relax and simply enjoy being creative.

✨ No expectations.
🎨 No pressure to get it right.
💚 Just enjoy the process!

A gentle reminder that we don’t always need to achieve something.
Sometimes, it’s enough to be present, express ourselves and enjoy the moment. 🌿

At Relaxing Rainbows, we embrace creativity, calm and the freedom to simply be yourself. 🌈 Term 4 Mindfulness Program - a space to slow down and relax after a big day.

🌈🌟🌈🌟🌈🌟🌈🌟🌈🌟🌈🌟🌈🌟
How does one describe our Term 4 Children’s Mindfulness Creative Classes.
Well…. Yesterday it was messy, sticky, full of giggles, loud and joyful. With chill relaxation and wind down in the last half an hour 😂

Finding citric acid at the shops - my challenge…bottom shelf of course.
Winding back into school routine - kids just want to have fun…. So that’s exactly what we did.

Making Bath Fizz’s was messy, gooey, fizzy, colourful, chatty and brilliantly joyful.

Bring on next week. 💜💫
