Australia’s only locally grown “naked” pumpkin seeds — a deep green, hull-less seed variety traditionally grown in Central Europe. These premium raw seeds are grown by Pepo Farms in Victoria’s Ovens Valley. The seeds are unroasted, untreated, and minimally processed, retaining their delicate nutty flavour and high nutritional value.

About the Producer
Pepo Farms is a small grower and processor located in Victoria. They are the only farm in Australia cultivating the Cucurbita pepo var. styriaca variety — a special pumpkin that produces seeds without a hard outer shell. Everything from growing to harvesting and processing is done on-site, including small-batch cold-pressing, roasting, and milling.

FAQs
What makes these pumpkin seeds different from regular pepitas?
These are from a unique pumpkin variety with naturally hull-less seeds with a high oil content. Most commercial pepitas come from pumpkins where the hull must be mechanically removed. These require no shelling and offer a softer texture and more flavour.

Are the pumpkin seeds raw?
Yes — these seeds are not roasted or treated with heat. They can be eaten raw or lightly toasted.

Natural GLP-1 boosters, found in nature, are, requested by our community, interestingly these are the foods and herbs I put my patients on to support lowering cholesterol and they often will loose weight without trying, by increasing their food portions, why, because it speeds up metabolism if it is the right combinations of foods and antioxidants.. if anyone has experienced this, please comment below: :

Natural GLP-1 Boosters & Agonists (Plant Compounds)

• Berberine: A plant-based compound from Berberis plants that promotes GLP-1 secretion and improves blood sugar control. It needs to be paired with St Mary's Thistle at the same time if you want it to cross from gut to blood stream. If you want it to work primarily in stomach and digestive system, take it on its own.
• Curcumin: The active compound in turmeric that has been shown in animal and small human studies to increase GLP-1 release and aid glycemic control.
• Ginseng (Panax ginseng): Contains ginsenosides that help stimulate GLP-1 release and support metabolic health.
• Wild Bitter Melon : Plant extracts shown in preliminary studies to enhance GLP-1 levels and improve metabolic markers. It reduces appetite and helps with metabolism.
•Coleus: anti-syndrome x, metabolic syndrome, raised blood sugar, and cholesterol, amazing for weight loss.
• Cinnamon & Resveratrol: Herbal and polyphenol constituents that influence GLP-1 expression and receptor pathways.
*Fenugreek and feverfew.

I’ll be checking out this seminar today and will report back. Did you know there are natural compounds that acts as natural GLP 1 antagonists aka ozempic … tbc …

Hops and Feverfew have traditionally been used as bitter digestive herbs, but emerging research is revealing further relevance to appetite regulation and metabolic health.

In this episode, Averil Bates explores how bitter constituents from Hops and Feverfew may activate T2R receptors within the gastrointestinal tract, influencing the release of satiety-related hormones including GLP-1, PYY and CCK, as well as gastric motility and gut–brain signalling. The episode examines mechanistic research and human data investigating appetite, food intake, cravings and body composition, alongside the importance of extraction method in determining the constituent profile of Hops extracts.
