Morning good morning, wanted to share a morning cup of love with you all ☕️💖☀️🪻🌷🌹🌼

On the weekend I had the pleasure of attending one of the most magical evening; hosted by the beautiful Jaye and Jason from Authentic Self ✨💖✨. Like their business name Authentic Self, we were inspired to connect to our authentic selves and create deeper connections within our conversation - moving past the surface level.

One of the most beautiful little details of the evening that Jaye had created: was the beyond the small talk authentic conversation cards, which was placed on our tables. So instead of what do you do for work or where do you live or talk about your family….. it was about being open to going a little deeper and make real connections - The first card I got was what is a small thing that brings you a lot of joy…. I had said “It’s sitting outside listening to the Willywag tails, field wrens, finches & honey eaters frolic in my garden whilst gratefully enjoy my morning cup of coffee, peacefully.

So continuing on with Jayes inspiration…. my question to you is what would you say???? How would you answer, What is a small thing that brings you a lot of joy??? Maybe ask someone else the same question or think of your own… you might be surprised at the conversation that flows after or gain an insight into someone you didn’t know before.

Whatever you do today I hope you have a wonderful day and be open to deepening connections with those around you 💫 Much love 💗

Card number # 3 - is the 3 of Swords and is about cleansing. If you have been feeling the overwhelm, dealing with sorrow, heart break, disappointment or mental anguish… this card is here to remind you may have been having to take it one day at a time, even one step at a time, but keep moving, know there is light at the end of the tunnel and it’s clarity and renewal. The 3 of swords serves as a catalyst for healing, urging you to accept and surrender, so you can transform negative emotions into wisdom, growth, and a neutral state of peace. Know that by accepting the truth and letting go of old wounds, you reclaim your personal power. This painful transition detoxes the spirit, brings wisdom, and opens the door to a fresh new perspective… growth brings a depth that only experience can understand and remember sometimes the only way out, is through.
