This will be a particularly special evening as we welcome eight brand-new, pure-tone crystal singing bowls into the Sage Manor space, sounding together for the very first time.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound journey, where waves of vibration and resonance invite you to slow down, settle your nervous system and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Come as you are. Get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to be immersed in sound.

A little space to pause, breathe and reset in the middle of your week.

This beginner-friendly class explores different meditation styles, simple breathwork and relaxation techniques — giving you practical tools to calm the mind, release tension and reconnect with yourself.

No meditation experience needed — just come as you are.

One hour. A chance to pause. A few new tools to help you navigate the rest of your week a little differently.
Includes a calming tea and plenty of space to simply be.

Introductory offer: $89 for 4 classes
