At Vanguard Health our mission is simple — to improve the lives and health of ordinary Australians. Champion Mentors is your go to for Disability Support.

We offer Adventure Camps, Activity Days, Recreation Activities, Adventure Therapy and Life Skills Support. Base in Tweed Heads we service in and around the Gold Coast and NSW North Coast. We have headquarters throughout Queensland consisting within Maroochydore, Palm Beach, Gold Coast and Ashgrove. Our headquarters in NSW are based in Tweed Heads within Northern Rivers, as well as Newtown, Sydney. The team at Champion Mentors have a passion to mentor our participants with the skills required to participate and function in a variety of social settings. Don't limit your challenges, challenge your limits.

For regional patients, accessing specialist healthcare can sometimes mean significant travel, time away from work, and time away from family.

Bringing more healthcare services into regional communities can help change that.

A special World Sight Day visit! 👁️ 💙

Yesterday, our IRIS team had a wonderful time visiting Dhupuma Barker School to celebrate World Sight Day with the students!

It was a great opportunity to connect with the younger generation, share the importance of looking after our eyes, and encourage positive eye health habits from an early age.

At Vanguard, we know that improving eye health starts with more than treatment. Education, awareness, and community connections are just as important.

Thank you to everyone at Dhupuma Barker School for having us! 💙

World Sight Day 👁️ 💙

Today is an opportunity to recognise something many of us can take for granted: our sight.

This year, World Sight Day is encouraging everyone to and highlighting the importance of making eye care accessible, available, and affordable for everyone.

Through Vanguard Health’s IRIS Program and a number of our regional ophthalmology clinics, we see firsthand the difference access to specialist eye care can make for First Nations people living in rural and remote communities.

From restoring sight to helping people return to work, family, community and the things they love, better eye health can be life-changing.
