From specialist training to private practice!

We were delighted to see our Director and Principal Gastroenterologist, Dr Asif Shahzad, presenting at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) Welcome to Private Practice event.

🎉 Community Spotlight | St Andrew’s Ipswich Trivia Night

My Gut Care was delighted to join the St Andrew’s Ipswich Trivia Night, helping raise funds for Rosies Ipswich and supporting a wonderful local cause. 💙

Our team, The Scope Squad, had a fantastic evening filled with laughter, friendly competition and great community spirit. We may not have taken home the win this year, but we certainly had a brilliant night — and we’ll be brushing up on our trivia skills for next time! 😄

🌟 Welcoming the next generation of healthcare professionals to My Gut Care!

We were delighted to welcome Zoey from Good Shepherd Lutheran College for her work experience placement with our Motility Team.

During her placement, Zoey had the opportunity to shadow our Motility Nurse, Jayme, learn about motility testing in gastroenterology, and gain valuable insight into patient care and the day-to-day workings of a specialist healthcare team.
