🎨 YOUR WALL SPACE COULD BE SOMEONES MAJOR BREAK INTO FAME 🖼️

Do you have a spare WALL in your café, shop, salon, office or business?

Have you ever thought about turning it into a colourful display that supports artists with disabilities?

We’re looking for a local business within the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast areas to showcase original paintings for sale.

This is a special opportunity I’m trying to create for NDIS participants to share their talents, build confidence and continue working towards their artistic journey by having their artwork displayed in a public space and purchased by general public.

What’s involved;

🖼️ The artwork displayed:
• 40 × 50 cm canvases with a protective lacquer finish.
• Fair, reasonable prices.
• Ideally, around 2.5–3 square metres of wall space.

🌸 We take care of the details!
Lotus provides the hooks, maintains the display and manages payments, deliveries and any other arrangements - this makes it easy for your business to get involved, no extra work required.

💗 Supporting the artist
Lotus retains a $5 administration fee per painting sold. All remaining profits go directly back to the participant as a donation towards their time, effort and expenses, helping them keep creating.

⁉️ You may be wondering “How does this help my business?”
Well let me tell you that it can;
1. Create a bright and changing space for your business to keep customers/clients engaged.
2. Provide a meaningful opportunity for a local artist who may not necessarily have access to displaying their artwork publicly.
3. Encourage a connection with the disability community which is worth sharing and supporting.
4. Give free promotion of your business in all of Lotus Holistic’s Art Marketing & Sales material.
5. Allow for further opportunities for collaborations (depending on business type and location).

6. 🌟 AND enjoy a FREE fortnightly 1.5-hour commercial clean from our amazing cleaning team at Lotus Holistic Management, as our thank you!

🌧️ Stay safe, everyone 💗

From all of us at Lotus Holistic Management, we’re thinking of our clients, families and community affected by the current flooding. We hope you and your loved ones are safe, and that your homes and belongings remain unaffected.

If you need to travel, please take extra care, allow additional time and follow road closures and emergency advice. Never drive, walk or ride through floodwater.

🚧 Remember: “If it’s flooded, forget it.”

Look after yourselves, check in on those around you and put your safety first.
Please find the list of impacted roads via this link: https://www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/Services/Roads/Weather-Impacted-Roads

🫶🏼September is Su***de Prevention Month 🫶🏼
I’d like to ask everyone to learn more about mental health this month. Choose to judge other people less and practice kindness over negativity. You never know what is going on for someone behind closed doors.

Mental health struggles don’t always look how we expect. Sometimes people need kindness the most, when they’re struggling to be their best selves.

I’m walking Out of the Shadows Walk in memory of my friend’s son, Logan, who tragically took his life one year ago which has left a lasting impact on so many people!

Pause. Listen. Be kind. Help others feel less alone. 💛

At Lotus Holistic Management, we believe kindness, respect, and understanding have the power to create stronger communities and better outcomes for everyone.

We all have a perspective, opinion, and experience, which is why kindness matters!

Every person sees the world through a different lens.

Our latest community awareness project encourages people to pause, listen, and remember every person has a unique story. Remember that;
👁️ Perspective is how we view a situation
🧠 Opinion is what we think about it
🔬 Experience is often what shapes both.

No two people have lived the exact same life, faced the same challenges, celebrated the same victories, or carried the same wounds. Because of this, people can look at the same situation and come away with completely different perspectives and opinions.

What one person considers a harmless comment, another may experience as deeply disrespectful. What feels normal to one person may be hurtful to someone else. This doesn’t always make either person right or wrong, it simply highlights the importance of understanding that our experiences shape how we interpret the world around us.

Before judging, reacting, or dismissing someone else’s feelings, take a moment to consider their perspective may have been formed by experiences you know nothing about, have no empathy for, or haven’t considered.

✌🏻 A little kindness costs nothing.
👍🏼 A little respect goes a long way.
👌🏻 A little understanding can change someone’s entire day.

Let’s create a community where we listen to understand, not just respond. A place where differences are met with curiosity instead of criticism, and respect is given even when opinions differ.

The world becomes a kinder place when we remember every person is carrying a story we may never fully know.

💜

🌏 COMMUNITY STARTS WITH ACTION 🌏

Positive change happens when people stop waiting for someone else to fix things and choose to take action together. 💚

Now we need the community’s help to continue building this mission.
