🌿 BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER — EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

MarJen Collective is growing — and we’re looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland.

We’re looking for an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ready to work alongside our existing Behaviour Support team.

You’d be working closely with Mark and Jennie, with the support of a small, collaborative team that values good practice, genuine relationships and doing things properly.

This isn’t a big corporate environment where you’re handed a caseload and sent on your way.

We’re a small team. We talk to each other. We bounce ideas around. We support each other. And we’re genuinely interested in the people behind the paperwork.

We’re particularly interested in someone who:

✨ Is already an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner
✨ Has experience developing and implementing behaviour support plans
✨ Is confident working alongside participants, families, support workers and other professionals
✨ Takes a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed and person-centred approach
✨ Can work independently, but actually enjoys being part of a team
✨ Understands that behaviour support is about people — not just plans and reports
✨ Is practical, curious and willing to think outside the square

We’re looking for reliable, compassionate and genuine people who want to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.

🏡 Our team supports people in their homes and communities, including day shifts, evenings, weekends and overnight/sleepover support.
