A slightly different kind of Karve session. 👀

You might know this type of treatment as EMS or HIEMT - ours combines High-Intensity Electromagnetic Technology (HIEMT) + Radio Frequency (RF) in the one session.

We can work across different areas including the abs, glutes, thighs and arms and we also have a pelvic floor seat attachment.

It’s one of those treatments that can look a little intimidating when you first see the machine 😂 but once you know what it’s all about, it makes a lot more sense.

We love an LED facial.
We love a sauna.
I just hate washing my hair afterwards 😂

But when I was starting Karve, I wanted to create something a little different...something that went deeper than the surface level wellness we’re so often sold.

I wanted Karve to be about the whole body - wellness you could feel, not just see ✨

That’s where our full body LED + infrared bed came in.

30 min Lymphatic Body Roll + 20 min LED + Infrared Bed

During your consultation, we'll take you through the Roll & Recharge experience - guiding you through the 17 Body Roll positions, chatting through what each is designed to support and explaining what to expect from your LED + Infrared session. Then it's time to settle in, switch off and enjoy 20 minutes of quiet time under the light.

After thousands of sessions at Karve, here’s what I’ve noticed…

People don’t always come to Karve because they want to look different.

Sometimes they just want to feel a little more like themselves again.

Less heavy.
Less sluggish.
A little more energised.
A little more… them.

And sometimes, honestly, they just need somewhere to pause.

Life gets busy. Seasons change. What we need changes with them.

And I think that’s what I love most about Karve.

Creating a space where you can take an hour for yourself, look after your body and just… pause for a bit.

Whether that’s 20 minutes in the LED, a roll, the boots or something else entirely.

Then leave feeling a little more like you. 🤍

That’s really what Karve has always been about.
