Receptionist position - 1 Part-time position with weekly travel requirements, or potentially 2 separate Part-time positions.

Hand Clinic & Lymphoedema South West are looking for an enthusiastic, punctual and reliable person to begin as soon as possible in the Busselton and Bunbury clinics.

The position includes:

-Incoming/outgoing phone calls
-Data entry
-Invoicing
-Receiving payments - EFTPOS/HICAPS use
-A-Z filing
-Daily cleaning duties ( therapy equipment, bins, vacuuming, dishes, surfaces)
-Managing therapy notes
-Assisting Therapists and patient interaction (After initial probation period).

Essential criteria:

-Integrity & reliability - you present to work punctually, each rostered day and commit to the position.
-Confidentiality
-Willingness to learn new & different processes
-Ability to think ahead and anticipate patient and Therapist requirements (Once trained)
-Committed team member - Work in conjunction with your colleagues in a friendly professional manner.
-Pleasant phone and customer service skills
-Minimum Yr. 12 education level
-Excellent verbal and written English
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and basic computer skills

Experience preferred but not essential, training will occur on the job.
The ideal candidate(s) will be available 1-4 days per week, there is some flexibility in rostered days- to be discussed and agreed on.

Part Time Occupational Therapist required in the beautiful Southwest. 2 clinic locations, approx 20hours per week.
Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications and AHPRA registration essential. An interest in hand therapy and Lymphoedema treatment also required. Experience preferred in these areas but not essential, training provided.
