Hi, my name is Chanel. I’m a Portrait Photographer and Artist based in the tropical & lush Cairns, Queensland, Australia.
For the past 15 years, I have been walking the creative path of photography, and it still lights up my soul every time someone steps in front of my lens and we begin creating together.
My photography is about more than just taking pictures. I love creating a space where people feel safe, relaxed, seen, and celebrated — a space where they can express their true personality and essence.
Every photo shoot is a creative collaboration. People come to me with their visions, ideas and intentions, and together, we bring them to life.
One of the things I love most is working with business owners, creatives and entrepreneurs to create imagery that reflects who they truly are and what they offer the world.

I love helping people visually express their brand, their personality, and the heart behind their business.
I also absolutely adore photographing love — couples, weddings, families, maternity, and the beautiful moments of connection that make life so meaningful.
Nature deeply inspires my work. Growing up in Cairns shaped my love for photographing people in wild, beautiful places — in the rainforest, by the ocean, or anywhere that feels alive and meaningful.
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to create more beauty, connection, joy and authenticity in the world.
