WHAT ABOUT A TRAINING COURSE!

We have taught our children for years, NOT TO PLATY ON THE ROAD, then adults on kids toys/expensive road bikes, displayed poor behaviour, not just riiding on the road, but riding in the traffic!, surprise, surprise, now the children with little understanding and cognitive ability to understand and plan for consequences and safety stragies are playing in the traffic and getting hurt/killed.... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AUSTRALIA!😡
