🤍 FLITZY’S STORY — A LITTLE MIRACLE IN THE MAKING 🐾✨
One day, without any warning, our beautiful Flitzy suddenly became paralysed. 💔 What followed was nearly a week in hospital, countless tests, so much worry, and still no clear answers.
These past days have been some of the most testing of my life. There is something incredibly heartbreaking about loving someone so much and feeling completely helpless when they are suffering. The uncertainty, the fear, the endless questions, and not knowing what the future will hold… it has been an emotional rollercoaster.
Eventually, we brought our boy home, still not knowing exactly what was wrong or what recovery might look like. All we could do was give him endless love, patience, and hope. ❤️
Since then, we have been doing exercises with him, supporting him every step of the way, celebrating the tiniest improvements, and holding on to hope even on the hard days.
And now… 🥹🤍 OUR BOY IS FINALLY TAKING HIS FIRST STEPS AGAIN!
There are no words to describe what it feels like to see those little legs moving again. Every tiny step feels like a giant leap, and every bit of progress reminds me never to underestimate the power of love, patience, and perseverance.
We still have a journey ahead of us, and we don't have all the answers yet, but today we are celebrating the little victories. One step at a time, Flitzy. 🐾💛
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has checked in, sent love, and shown us so much understanding during this time. 🙏
I also want to apologise for my delayed replies, messages I haven't managed to get back to, and the events I've had to cancel or reschedule. My focus has been entirely on Flitzy and getting our boy through this, and I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding.
Sometimes life reminds us what really matters. Right now, it's simply being here for the ones we love and taking each day as it comes.
Keep going, my beautiful boy. One little step at a time. We love you more than words could ever say. 🐶🤍✨
