Most approaches work above the waterline — managing symptoms, changing thoughts, building coping strategies.
And those things can help. But if the root cause is still there underneath, the pattern keeps regenerating.

RCT works below the waterline.
We go to the original event where the belief formed, the emotion got trapped, or the nervous system locked into survival mode — and we complete what was left incomplete.
When you clear the root cause, the symptoms above the waterline often dissolve on their own. Not because you “worked on” the anxiety or the procrastination — but because you removed what was driving it.

Imagine someone comes to me saying they can’t stop procrastinating. We could talk about time management, we could set goals, we could try to push through the resistance.
But in RCT, we ask: what’s underneath the procrastination?
We test, and maybe we find beliefs like ‘I’m not good enough’ or ‘If I succeed, I’ll be rejected.’
We go back to the root cause — maybe age 9, maybe a generational pattern — release the trapped emotions, rewrite the belief at the unconscious level.
And suddenly... the procrastination isn’t there anymore. Because we didn’t treat the procrastination. We healed what was creating it.
