Anyone stressed? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Stress on the body, whether physical, emotional or mental (short or long term), depletes us and uses up our nutrient reserves!

This is normal and good, it’s the way our bodies cope with the increased demand during the stressful period. 👏

Signs you might be dehydrated: headaches at 3pm, losing words mid-sentence, feeling like you have a short fuse… trust me - I’ve been there! If you’re wondering why everything feels harder than it should, maybe you’ve been running low on hydration without even realising it.

So just drink more water, right? Well yes… and no. What’s interesting is that water on its own can go straight through you, but when you add electrolytes - particularly sodium - it helps your body actually absorb the fluid more effectively. Try adding a pinch of Celtic salt to your glass every now and then to help give it a bit of activation.

And if you’ve been running on empty for a while, our clinical team is happy to talk through whether IV hydration is appropriate for you.
