When you are on holidays do you slack off?
Do you slack off when you catch up with friends/family?

👉The Average Principle:
"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." — Jim Rohn. Your closest peers dictate your standards, expectations, and daily behaviors.
👉The Direction of Travel: "You become like the people you hang around, and to a great degree, you end up going wherever they're headed." — Bob Goff.
👉The Future Forecaster: "Show me your friends and I'll show you your future." — Anonymous.
👉The Tenth Person: "If you hang out with 9 broke people, you’ll be the 10th." — Anonymous Proverb

How many times have you said I'll start Monday?

So this is me, last 8yrs of perimenapause & menapause journey. Feels like your body has been hijacked & just not working as it used too.

I keep starting and stopping but always still moving, time for some discipline to gain more strength 💪, balance & flexibility. Cardiovascular fitness definitely in there amongst it all, this will be in form of my hobbies , surfing, kitesurfing, ocean swim, cycling & walking 🚶‍♀️.

Couple of friends have really encouraged me this time to stay on track , Keirra & Terry & Dave & his partner 🥰.
Couples that train together ❤️ stay together ❤️ & hold each other accountable, love it 💕

Best book I read in awhile, very inspiring
Sahil Bloom: 5 types of wealth

"A lot of problems are solved by waking up early and working out.

Waking up early is as close to a life cheat code as you will find. It requires intense discipline, and it creates evidence of your power and control over your world. That bleeds into every other area of life. Confidence is built, not born"

“Treat your body like a house you have to live in for another seventy years.” He added, “If something has a minor issue, repair it. Minor issues become major issues over time. This applies equally to love, friendships, health, and home.”

Will you be dancing at your 80th b'day to your favourite music or will you be watching everyone?!?!
