Have you ever wanted to learn how to use Neuromuscular Release (NMR) for yourself and your loved ones?

This is a full, hands-on NMR workshop where you will learn the techniques and skills needed to confidently use NMR by the end of the workshop. NMR is a modality that works with the fascia, helping the body to release tension and restrictions. ✨

💗 Great for couples to learn together
👨‍👩‍👧 Awesome to use with children and adults alike
🌿 Learn techniques you can use with family, friends and loved ones
✨ A wonderful skill to add to your own personal wellbeing toolkit

Whether you're completely new to NMR or simply want to learn how to support those around you, this workshop is a beautiful opportunity to learn something you can continue to use long after the workshop.

It was wonderful meeting you, having a chat and sharing a little more about Wellness en Pointe Collective and what I offer.
