Food will be a big part of NOURISH IN NATURE.
On Saturday evening, Phillipa Ayurveda Joy Balance + Transform will bring her ‘Taste’ experience to Clontopia.
Using seasonal food prepared with Ayurvedic principles, Phillipa will share her knowledge and wisdom throughout the evening, talking us through the dishes, why particular ingredients have been chosen and the nourishment they offer.
An opportunity to experience Ayurveda in one of the loveliest ways possible. Around the table, through food.

On Sunday morning, Vanessa Vanessa Caruso will step into the kitchen for breakfast, sharing a little of what Clontopia Clontopia has to offer.
Lunch…you’ll just have to wait and see! Good food. Conversation. Connection. Time to sit, enjoy and receive.
