DEEPER CONNECTION ~ I've been reading 'THE GIFTS OF IMPERFECTION' by Brene Brown and I would highly recommend having a read.

I value her need to clearly define the qualities she is researching.

She defines CONNECTION as;
the energy that exists between people...

♡ when they feel seen, heard and valued.
♡ when they can give and receive without judgement.
♡ when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.

It made me ponder CONNECTION as the energy that exists between all my relationships ❤️

It made me question the quality of those connections.

Which connections am I feeling valued, cared and love??

And I pondered some more.. ✨️

For me, an inner feeling of LOVE and BELONGING holds more weight with a perspective of love as an action.

A doing thing.

The word Love then implies, the ways in which a person acts towards others, and especially themselves.

Thinking of Love in this way, the energy that exists in the connection automatically assumes accountability and becomes responsible for their actions.
