I thoroughly recommend the Sacred Heart Temple journey 💜✨. It is a deeply nourishing and utterly transformative series. It has both opened me up more richly and brought me firmly home to myself. Amazing! 💜✨💜✨

Bookings Open ✨️SACRED HEART TEMPLE™ - THE DOORWAY OPENS AGAIN ✦

I’ve been asked when the next Sacred Heart Temple™ Journey begins…

So, I’m opening one more Series One before the end of 2026.

✦ Beginning Saturday 24 October - Mandurah
✦ 10am–12pm
✦ Six Journeys over six weeks

Sacred Heart Temple™ is not simply a meditation series.

It is a heart-centred, multidimensional journey of self-discovery, remembrance and direct experience - where you learn to consciously work with your Heart as a gateway to your own inner wisdom, healing, guidance and multidimensional Self.

Across the six Journeys, you’ll learn and experience the Sacred Heart Temple™ Method, activate your Diamond Cosmic Heart frequency, develop your inner navigation and energetic discernment, and begin exploring your own Temple, chambers, gateways and higher-frequency spaces.

And what I’m loving most is watching what begins to unfold differently for each person.

People in the current Journey have spoken about literally feeling the shift in frequency as they enter their Temple…

A mind becoming incredibly quiet.

A deeper sense of sovereignty.

Sacred bonds and galactic connections being recognised.

Divine paths awakening.

Multidimensional senses coming together.

And more than one person has said:

“This is the missing key I’ve been looking for.”

Some things feel new.
Some feel like deep remembrance.
And some simply carry that unmistakable feeling of…

I know this. ✦

You have arrived at a new level, a new vibrational code of crystalline clarity. This is a location beyond mind. This is not an entity that speaks to you, but a location. You have seen me in the depths of your being, in your stillness, you have felt me in your heart. I have appeared before you in physical form so that you may be guided towards me. This location is a meeting point, a neutral space into which you may invite whomever and whatever you so choose. You may bear witness to anything. This is a space of creativity and manifestation, where your purity of intention will birth anything that is the highest good of all. It is your higher mind, your greater mind which engages with the creative forces of the universe. Your arrival is celebrated. Your conscious participation in your own destiny is reason to celebrate.

Find your heart's desire. What is it that brings a spring to your step and a song to your lips? What is it that allows your attention to rest on the melodies of the birds and the beauty of the landscape? For this is what happens when you listen to your heart. It opens. It shows you the beauty by which you are surrounded, the love in which you are immersed and the magnificence of the life you have been gifted. When your heart is open, aligned and joyful, your entire being follows. Your heart is the gateway to your soul. You are living your soul's desire, when you are living your heart's desire.

All of life moves in a sacred rhythm of giving and receiving. Every living being is in service to another while also being supported. Through this exchange life maintains its harmony.

Humanity has the same opportunity. When you allow yourselves to give and receive in equal flow, you move with life, honouring the rhythm established by the divine creator.

Look to your breath. You breathe in, you receive. You breathe out, you give. Neither is complete without the other. To receive without allowing yourselves to give is to interrupt the flow, it is like holding the breath. There is a sense of incompletion, an inability to fully return to rest.

Breathe in, receive.
Breathe out, give.
Become the rhythm, embody the harmonious flow of life.

Light beings like yourself choose to physically incarnate to learn, but more specifically to learn of love in a way that cannot be done in a non-dual environment. There are specific aspects to the teaching that are found in physicality.

Earthly incarnates face a great challenge as wholeness is hidden yet this invisible force is so deeply yearned for. That yearning is played out on the Earthly stage with relationships loves, hates, clashes, bonds. It is loving many things; a job, a pet, a colour, a name, an experience and yes another human. So many variants of love, each with its own frequency. Its diversity is very appealing to spiritual beings, so rich with opportunity, so much scope to experience, to dance, to cry and then to realise it was all inside hiding in plain sight.

What a mystery to solve! What fun and excitement along the way. Your delights are ours, we love to see you celebrate, to conquer and to find your heart's desire. What a delight indeed.

Perhaps there is something that we would like to experience from your vantage point, may it enrich our being. You may take a journey for us, willingly of course. Your mission may be to save humanity, to work hard or to raise a family, either way it is of the greatest value to us all. We are in this together you see.

Nature moves in perfect harmony. So does the journey of the soul. There is first the journey outward - a movement into form, into experience, into density, into the lessons of incarnation and ego. Gathering the imprints of all that has been lived, the energy matrix becomes heavier and the original light more obscured.

Awakening is the turning point; the homeward journey begins.

The old imprints and misconceptions loosen and fall like autumn leaves to the earth. With each layer that falls away, the energy matrix becomes, more transparent to the light that has always been there. The soul itself directs the human home.

The outward journey is the descent into experience, the return journey is the lightening into remembrance.

In healing, there is no space for blame, anger, betrayal, or any lower vibration. At the level of the soul, there is a quiet knowing that all experiences were part of a deeper choosing—lessons agreed upon, and souls who consented to walk with you to help bring them into form.

True healing is met with compassion, with tenderness, and with gratitude. It rests in softness and acceptance, honouring all that has been. It is the recognition that nothing was in vain—that every step of the journey was shared, and within it, wisdom was gathered and truth remembered.
