A few days in Brisbane investing in ourselves and the future of MK Movement 🙌🏼

We had a great time attending the The Profitable Practice conference learning from some great people in the industry and coming away with plenty of ideas to keep improving what we do for our clients.

A big thanks to Jase and the team for putting together such a great event!

Always good to step away from the day to day, learn something new, share ideas with like minded people, enjoy some great food and even better company.

Now it’s time to bring some of those ideas back to the team and keep getting better at what we do. 💪🏽

One half marathon, one full marathon 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Celine took on 21.1km, while Adam tackled the full 42.2km! Two big efforts and two very well-earned finish lines. 🏅

We are so so so so excited to announce MK Movements newest team member Celine 💕

Celine is such a wonderful exercise physiologist who loves helping people achieve their full potential. You fit so well into the team Celine and the MK Movement community adore you truely!

Expect Celine to be always smiling, having a giggle but don’t be fooled as she will push you to get the most out of yourself during session.

Celine is consulting from Keilor Downs and Craigieburn full time at the moment and she would love to help if you have any health concerns or goals you’re wanting help with.

Goodluck to Celine for her first half marathon next week and hyrox shortly after 👌

The MK Movement team were treated to a 1 hr masterclass being upskilled with the way we use our VALD dynamometer in clinic.

Big thanks to Anthony Lieu | AEP for sharing your knowledge and insights to the team.

Results for our members is a key value of ours and this has helped us to ensure accuracy and confidence when assessing.

Wednesday mornings at Keilor Downs look like this. 🙌

Seven women. Different ages, different stories, different goals — but the same energy every single week.

This is our Simply Stronger group and honestly, they are one of the best examples of what MK Movement is actually about. Everyone knows each other’s name. Everyone cheers each other on. And everyone shows up — week after week — and puts in the work.

These ladies are in their 50s, 60s and 70s and they are absolutely smashing it. Stronger than they were six months ago. More confident than when they first walked through the door. And having a bloody good time doing it.

This is what community looks like to us. Not just a class. Not just a program. A group of people who genuinely care about each other — and happen to get great results along the way.

We are so proud of every single one of you. 💪❤️

Team fun night at PowerPlay Braybrook!

Who do you think won? 😏

Who do you think crashed the most ? 😆

06/05/2026

The truth is — most of our clients found us through someone they trust. A friend. A family member. Someone who said “just go, trust me.” 🙌

That word of mouth means more to us than any ad ever could.

So we wanted to give something back.

Refer a friend to MK Movement and earn $50 off your next session every single time they book and attend.

Mention code ‘FRIEND’ when they book — no limit, no expiry.

If you know someone who deserves to feel better — we would love to help them. 💙

Wish when I was 12 there was an abundance of what this generation of kids have today.

We conducted elite performance tests and equipment measuring teens athletic abilities at Keilor and Craigieburn. We had a total of 35 kids attend which is a massive positive as we aim to better improve the lives of those in our local community.

Get the kids off the iPad and get them moving!!!
