Whether you’re at home, travelling, attending appointments, or spending time in the community, having the right contact numbers easily available can make a big difference when you need help quickly.
For NDIS participants, families and support networks, we encourage you to:
📱 Save important emergency numbers in your phone
📝 Keep a written copy in your wallet or bag
👥 Share key contacts with your support worker, family member or trusted person
🔄 Check and update your contact list when needed
🚨 In an emergency, knowing who to call can help you respond calmly and quickly. Keep essential numbers such as 000, Police assistance, emergency health services and other relevant support contacts readily accessible.
And remember, you don't have to navigate your support journey alone. 💜
