This International Day of Older Persons, the UN is asking us to rethink systems for longer lives. Australians who reach 65 can now expect to live around eight to nine years longer than they did a century ago.* For Elder Folks, that means listening to older people first, helping them navigate care and housing, and working towards support that reflects their choices.

Older people know what matters to them. Our systems need to make room for those voices.

Elder Folks is looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join our Programs & Service Delivery team in Cronulla, Sydney.

You'll provide holistic, person-centred case coordination for older Australians navigating aged care, housing and wellbeing needs. This includes helping them access My Aged Care, CHSP, Support at Home and residential aged care, and advocating for the best possible outcomes at every step.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in the aged care sector, a strong understanding of the aged care system, and the empathy, organisation and determination to support people through complex and often vulnerable circumstances.
