POST-SEASON WRAP UP | Mario Restrepo

ICN Adelaide
🥇 Men’s Physique State Champion

ICN Nationals
🥈 30+
🥉 Opens

A successful season with NGPD athlete Carlos. After 6 months working together, Carlos was crowned the Adelaide Men’s Physique Overall Champion, a massive step up from his last showing.

Two weeks later, he came into Nationals fuller and tighter, landing a well-deserved placing in his open class against some of the top natural physiques in the country.

Great prep. Now, time to recover and come back bigger and better.

Well done Carlos! 💪

Long-term client, 𝑴𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆

Two years between these photos.

4kg heavier, with significant improvements in muscle tissue, upper-to-lower body balance, and posing.

We’re closing in on our best look yet as we prepare to step on stage for IFBB Season C.

A reminder that bodybuilding takes time. Building quality muscle and perfecting your craft doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years of consistency, patience, and relentless ex*****on.

Grateful to coach such an incredible athlete, both on and off the stage.

Impressive recomp from client

Dec 2025 : 61kg
May 2026 (lowest weight) : 52kg

Over the past 6 months, I’ve worked with Sarah to build her healthiest & leanest physique since she first started training over a decade ago.

She’s now sitting comfortably at 53kg, maintaining condition while cruising on:

• 2100 calories
• 140g protein
• 250g carbs
• 58g fat
• 1–2 flexible meals per week

The focus now is gradual improvements in gym performance, managing both training and lifestyle stress, and maintaining flexibility around social events and life outside of fitness.

Whats next for Sarah? Stay tuned.

5 months progress.

After taking over Alana’s coaching in late 2025, we’ve made major improvements in her physique, mindset, overall health & hormones.

10kg down, with outstanding changes in body composition.

Alana’s lifestyle isn’t ‘ideal’ for this process. High pressure job. Long days. Early starts. Late finishes. Conditions that make results much harder to achieve.

But there’s no way around your goals besides doing the work.

No matter how she feels, Alana continues to show up at the gym at 4am, execute & stay consistent. The results are showing.

We’ve set some solid goals for the next 6 months. Ready to execute 🤝

End of season wrap up for

A strong first IFBB season. Three shows back to back including the Pro Qualifier in Melbourne.

Finished with his best look to date at Nationals, taking home two silver medals in Novice and True Novice.

Couldn’t be prouder of how he handled the prep. The definition of a true athlete. Composed, consistent and earned every piece of hardware.

Now we build. Pro level density next.

Wedding prep done right for

The result : 7kg down in 13 weeks, all while allowing flexibility and enjoying all her wedding events along the way.

From the get-go, we pushed for max fat loss, then strategically reduced output as we got closer to the wedding so she was well rested and glowing for the day.

Not only did she nail her body recomp, with targeted training tweaks and tailored programming we also improved posture and overall shape.

Congratulation Tash 🥂

Husband.
Father.
Multiple business owner.
Good man.

10kg natural body recomposition in 20 weeks.

No excuses, just a desire to do better and achieve more with his health & physique.

Eager to learn, Mina has not only transformed his physique, but built the nutrition and training toolbox to continue this trajectory long term.

Well done, Mina. 🎯

Standout first show in his IFBB debut season

After stepping off the ICN stage 18 months ago, the goal for this season was a first place in True Novice.

Scott executed & exceeded that in his first show:

🥇 True Novice
🥇 Novice
🥉 Overalls

His classic MP shape, presentation, conditioning & stage presence allowed him to stack up against past overall winners in the overall comparisons.

The goal now is simple.
Improve the look further, sharper & harder this weekend in Sydney.

Future looks bright, Scotty.
