Welcome to my corner of the internet where women don’t have to earn rest and filling their cup is not an extra but necessary.

I know what it’s like as a recovering eldest daughter & chronic people pleaser. Caring for yourself seems selfish, too much and not even a little bit a priority. You question your worth, and whether you’ve done enough or are enough to slow down even for a minute. We put ourselves at the very back of the line every time.

But I’m here to rally for your rest, your nourishment and your joy and dreams too. Here, slowing down is necessary. Taking care of your whole self is a priority. Asking for a moment to decompress, release stress, reconnect with yourself, and to for once receive instead of pouring from an empty cup is never a waste of your time or asking too much.

So if your ready to finally feel more like yourself, less stretched, like you have more in the reserve, less guilty and ready to let go of that delusional idea that you are not worthy putting yourself first for once, you have come to the right place ❤️

There’s a heaviness that surrounds the idea of what healing looks like and maybe it’s time to put it all down for a moment, take a step back and literally just be.

No pressure to “do the work” no stress to figure it all out right now and no expectation to show up a certain way.

Just presence, rest and the opportunity to receive for once. I’ve got you ❤️‍🔥

Booking calendar coming soon, but for now DM to claim your moment.

Third order and we are loving it OUR COW

Why it’s our favourite:
1. Farm fresh, free range and grass fed quality meats
2. A variety of meats to change up the order each week, fortnight or month (we do it monthly).
3. Spend as much or little as you like per order.
4. Snap frozen on delivery and straight to your door
5. Access to the Our Cow recipe library.

We love it and we think you will too!
Comment “ourcow” and I’ll dm you a link to receive $50 off your first order. T&Cs may apply.

Truth is I wasn’t always this version of myself. Loss awakened me. Motherhood changed me. And learning a new idea of bettering myself became my purpose ✨

Every thing in life is a choice. And I’ve learned that only I can change that, but also, only I can heal the wounds, do the work and be a version of myself that I love ❤️
