Today is World Menopause Day ♥️

Menopause is about so much more than skin; sleep, energy, mood, it touches the whole body.

In clinic, I always ask where you are in your midlife journey. Hormonal changes, hormone therapy and medications can all influence how your skin responds, so it helps me plan safely for you.
