After 23 Wonderful Years… It’s Time to Say Goodbye ❤️
Well, here goes… and I have a feeling there might be a few tears!
After 23 incredible years of owning Innersense Day Spa in Engadine, the time has come for me to begin a new chapter in my life.
I always knew this day would come, but I never imagined how hard it would be to say goodbye.
Innersense has never been just a business to me. It’s been my second home, my passion and, most importantly, a place where I’ve made some of the most wonderful friendships of my life.
Some of you have been coming to me for an incredible 37 years! We’ve grown older together (although I’m convinced none of us look a day older!), watched our families grow, celebrated milestones, shared life’s ups and downs and laughed and cried together along the way.
Somewhere along the way, you became so much more than clients. You became friends.
To every single person who has supported me over the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your loyalty, friendship and kindness have meant more to me than you’ll ever know.
I’ve always believed in giving back to the community that has supported me. Being able to help local charities, schools and sporting organisations has brought me enormous joy.
And when people remember me and Innersense, I hope it’s not just for a beautiful facial or relaxing head spa, but for being genuine, down-to-earth and real. I’ve always tried to be myself, and I hope that’s how I’ll be remembered.
To all the beautiful girls who have worked alongside me over the years, thank you! I’ve watched so many of you grow into incredible women and go on to achieve wonderful things. We’ve shared laughter, tears and probably a little too much gossip! So many of you have remained close, and you’ll always be part of my extended family.
And a very special thank-you to my partners in crime, Neville and Brooke from West Engadine Pharmacy! ❤️ You’ve always had my back, through thick and thin, and I appreciate that more than you’ll ever know. Thank you for your friendship, your support and for always being there when I’ve needed you. I’m so lucky to have had you both next door all these years.
I’m also absolutely delighted that our gorgeous Bianca will be taking over Innersense Day Spa.
Bianca is not only an amazing therapist but a beautiful person with a kind heart. I couldn’t be happier knowing that something I’ve poured my heart and soul into for 23 years is being left in such wonderful hands.
Bianca, I wish you every happiness and success. I know you’ll make Innersense your own, and I couldn’t be prouder to hand it over to you.

I’d absolutely love you to pop in, say goodbye and share a farewell drink with me.
Whether you’ve been a client, an employee or a friend, please come and raise a glass to 23 wonderful years. There’ll be plenty of hugs, laughter and, knowing me, a few tears!
As I prepare to say goodbye, I know I won’t miss the paperwork, the rosters or the responsibilities of running a business!
But I will miss you.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not the business that’s hard to say goodbye to.
It’s the people. ❤️
Thank you, Engadine, for embracing me, supporting me and allowing me to do something I’ve loved for so long.
I leave with a heart full of gratitude, a lifetime of beautiful memories and friendships I’ll treasure forever.
It’s been one hell of a ride, and I wouldn’t change a thing!
