Ooooh! 🤍🖨️ My gift cards are on the printer!

Perfect for Christmas! 🎄✨

Quote on card reads:
Within each of us is a place of stillness, even amongst the noise of everyday life. This gift offers a moment to return to that place — to breathe, soften, release and reconnect. 🤍

✨ PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS
Once they arrive from the printer, you can collect one in person, have it posted, or if you live close by, I’m happy to drop it off. If you’d like to organise a physical gift card, simply send me a message x My contact details will be on gift cards for ease of reference. Names can be written on gift cards with a special message.

✨ E-GIFT CARDS
Available online now! They can be emailed or texted straight to your loved one — perfect for a thoughtful, last-minute gift.

Both can be used across all my services, including meditation classes, Reiki and sound healing. 🌿

Give the gift of stillness this Christmas. 🎄🤍

Softly becoming,
Karina x

Sometimes we just need to walk away, have some time to ourselves, take a deep breath and try again.

Slow down and just be.

No awkward talking circles.

Simply make yourself comfy.

You can lay down, be seated or lean up against a wall seated. Whatever works for you.

Of course bring whatever you’d like to relax if you would like to x

Class runs for 45 mins with Karina guiding a meditation and sound bath including crystal singing bowls all focused on reducing feelings of anxiety.

No intense breathwork — just gentle guidance, calming meditation and beautiful sound.
