Food should not be complicated.
Nor should you have to count every gram of protein, fat, fibre and carbohydrates just to feel like you’re eating well.
But somewhere along the way, nutrition became another thing to worry about.
You must eat this much protein.
You need 30 different plants.
You need this much fibre.
You need to track your macros.
You need to weigh your food.
You need to hit your numbers.
Between social media, wellness influencers, fitness trainers and the latest nutrition trends, we’ve created a whole new fear around food — the fear that if you’re not hitting every target, you’re doing it wrong.
And that’s exactly what I want to move away from.
I’m building a program based on understanding how food fuels you, nourishes you and supports your health — without turning every meal into a maths equation.
Yes, protein matters. Fibre matters. Healthy fats and carbohydrates matter.
But you don’t need to obsessively count them to eat well.
I want to teach you how to look at a plate and understand what your body is getting from it. How to use simple portions. How to pair foods. How to build meals around your own needs — and how nutrition can support your gut, hormones, energy, metabolism and long-term health.
Because food shouldn't create another thing to be anxious about.
It should be something you understand....no counting!
If this sounds like something you want to know more about, like, follow. The program opens soon.
