Womb Hara involves slow massage through the abdomen, around the digestive organs and womb space, drawing on practices including Chi Nei Tsang.

Our bellies can be a place where we feel our emotions ~ butterflies, a knot, or tightening when we’re stressed. Sometimes we don’t notice we’re holding tension there.

Perhaps your belly has held a baby, or maybe it’s rarely received this kind of touch. But there is no sucking in around here, babe. Your belly gets to be exactly as it is, moving with your breath 🫶🏼

I’m excited to be offering mini Womb Hara + Pregnancy massages at Music, Arts & Wellness Fest for Wild Hearted Women next month. Looking forward to connecting with all the beautiful women there 🌹

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’re holding until you pause. How is your body holding right now? Notice your jaw, your shoulders, your breath.

Breathwork offers space to check in with what’s there, without needing to force a release or figure everything out.

A little less pushing through and a little more listening 🤍

Can we take a moment for the placenta?

Alongside growing your little one, your body grows a whole organ to nourish and sustain them. And once baby is here, you birth this beauty too!

I see the placenta as a second mother. Part of the creation of life ~ The feeder and holder, tending to your little one before they’re in your arms. How beautiful is that?!!

So there’s something really special about acknowledging it. A little thank you for all it’s done ✨

Maybe that’s having a look, taking a photo or making a placenta print. Maybe it’s asking your birth team about taking it home and returning it to the earth. Planting a tree or plant for your little one, to grow alongside them. Your own little ritual, however that looks.

Keeping your placenta won’t feel right for everyone. But knowing you have options matters.

That’s sovereignty, mumma 🤍

Womb Hara feels more than a massage. For me, it feels like a nurturing ceremony that allows you to connect to your linage and your womb.

What I notice, is how much we can hold in our womb + belly. Tension, grief, unspoken feelings and the effort of keeping it all together. Beneath my hands, I notice the belly soften, the breath deepen and the places that have been bracing begin to ease.

There can be warmth, tenderness, tears, memories or sometimes feelings that haven’t had space to be felt. Other times it’s simply resting and being held.

Every woman brings her own story and each session unfolds differently. I feel honoured to be trusted with these moments. They remind me why I love this work 🌹

I’m no stranger to the darkness I’ve lived a life and I’ve been through some s**t. And within all of it I can say I’m fu***ng proud of the woman I am, considering all that I’ve moved through.

And I really feel it’s because I’ve learnt to love and be with the darkness. There’s something so good for the soul about letting yourself go into the stormy depths.

I go into the grief, I let it sink into my body. I let myself melt into the compost of it all and allow the darkness to become nourishment for whatever is asking to bloom next.

I believe my ability to hold others in their grief, and darkness comes from how deeply I’ve been willing to journey into my own. It doesn’t scare me, as I know there is medicine there.

That’s why I encourage people to let themselves go there. Don’t rush it away, don’t try to make it look pretty or pretend that you’re not hurting. Let yourself be in it.

Feel, the fu***ng thing.

Meeting your darkness actually opens you into a deeper capacity to choose love and trust life. Because every descent into my own darkness has only deepened my knowing that life and God have my back.

So I thank my childhood.
I thank my dissociative years.
I thank the heartbreak.
I thank the turbulence.
I thank my fu***ng rage.
I thank every version of me that found a way through and I thank my heart for having the courage to open again and again and again.

Don’t be afraid to go into the depths. There are parts of you waiting to be felt, composted and transformed.

Sometimes, the darkest soil is exactly where the most beautiful parts of us begin to bloom 🖤

Do you believe in the magic and synchronicities of life?

The undeniable pulse that surrounds our very existence.

The signs that appear at just the right moment.

The one choice that somehow unfolds into more flow + more openings.

The dreams that feel like more than dreams.

A knowing you can’t quite explain.

Maybe magic is in the synchronicities. The intuition. Nature. Ritual. The unexplained experiences. The things we can’t quite make sense of but feel somewhere deep within us.

The glimpses beyond what we know ~ fairies, elves, gnomes, spirits and the realms we may not fully understand.

And that deep, heart open, pulsating aliveness of simply being here.

Those moments where you feel completely in it. With life. Moved by life. In awe of life.

Maybe the magic exists when the blinders come off and we become present enough to notice it.

I want an abundance of those magic moments.

Let’s collect them.
Pocket them.

Let them remind you just how fu***ng wildly beautiful it is, to be alive.

It’s all magic, baby baby ✨

Women carry the stories of our mothers, grandmothers, and the women who walked before us. And we also carry the silence. The words they couldn’t speak. The truths they had to swallow. The parts of themselves that were safer hidden than expressed.

For centuries, it was not safe for women to use their voice. And this silence still lives in our bodies, in our nervous systems. In the instinct to hold back, soften our truth, or stay silent when something wants to move through us.

Healing can begin with even the subtlest sounds. A hum. A sigh. Or belting out your favourite ballad in the car.

Let yourself, hear yourself.

Slowly, expression becomes less confronting and more natural. As your voice opens, the body begins to trust.

This is not only your healing, but lineage work for the women who came before you.

Closing of the Bones ~

A ceremony of closure and remembrance.

This is not only for postpartum, it is a ritual that supports the energetic closing of the portal that once opened through birth, loss, hysterectomy, or life’s transitions.

For the woman ready to reflect, integrate and gently return to her body.
