Some recipes stay with us for a reason 🫐

Our October guest collaborator, Courtney Adamo, shares a childhood favourite, Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins, inspired by growing up picking berries on her family’s farm.

Fluffy, delicious and so easy to make with ingredients from The Source Bulk Foods 💚
Perfect for lunch boxes, after-school treats or a little afternoon baking with the kids.

Swipe for Courtney’s story and recipe, and save it for your next baking day.

We asked Michelle from The Source for an easy-to-prepare snack that lasts her all week. Her go-to: Chocolate Cranberry Quinoa Slices 😋

Here is the recipe - if you can't get your hands on puffed quinoa, try our puffed buckwheat instead:

Ingredients:
2 cups puffed quinoa or puffed buckwheat
1 cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped
¾–1 cup dried fruit, such as cranberries

Method:
Toast the puffed quinoa or buckwheat in a dry frying pan over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring regularly, until crisp. Alternatively, spread it on a tray and gently toast in a low oven. Allow to cool.

Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.

Add the puffed quinoa and dried fruit to the chocolate and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a lined tray and press into an even layer.

Refrigerate for around 1 hour, or freeze for 15–30 minutes, until firm.

Slice or break into pieces.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy all week 👍
