🧠 To shift your energy and spark new neural pathways, you just need to throw your body a quick plot twist!!
❇️ Here are a few simple, gentle ways to bring life back to your experience today:
For your brain & balance:
• Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand. It feels incredibly awkward, but it forces your brain's left and right hemispheres to talk to each other.
• Put your shoes on standing up, balancing on one foot at a time.
For your daily routine:
• Start at the completely opposite end of the supermarket aisle thank normal and grab a type of bread you’ve never tried before.
• Park in a different spot, sit in a new seat at work, or swap your clothes into different drawers to disrupt your spatial memory.
For your nervous system:
• Set your alarm 10 minutes early to meditate, journal, or just knock out a few push-ups.
• Skip the generic "Hi, how are you?" and ask a stranger what their favourite colour is instead.
• Commit to at least a 10-second hug for yourself each day. Set an alarm so you remember that safe, grounding physical contact.
🕉 Small, deliberate movements create major shifts in your subconscious, and guess what? You can become a magnet for great, easy, flowing change!
