Ever wondered what water carts do on a civil construction or mine site?

Water carts play a big role in keeping our projects running smoothly. From controlling dust on haul roads and construction sites to supporting roadworks and helping maintain safe working conditions, they're an essential part of the RDH fleet.

By keeping dust down, improving visibility and helping maintain road surfaces, our water cart operators help keep people, equipment and projects moving.

RDH recently welcomed guests to a 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆 featuring some of our newest and most unique assets, with the CAT RM800 Soil Stabiliser taking centre stage.

Our guests had the opportunity to explore the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗶 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗿 and 2 specialised attachments, engineered in-house by the RDH team to deliver practical solutions in the field.
𝗔 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Designed to feed water directly into the mixer for efficient soil mixing.
𝗔𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – A clever solution enabling mixing in narrower areas, including road shoulders, where conventional equipment can be limited.

But the real star of the show? Our brand-new 𝗖𝗔𝗧 𝗥𝗠𝟴𝟬𝟬 in action!

It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the capabilities of our new equipment, the ingenuity of our team and our ongoing commitment to finding smarter, more efficient solutions for our projects.

Mobile Plant Operator, nearly two years with RDH and a great example of where the right opportunities can take you!

Taking it back to our work on the Kalbarri Skywalk Car Park, a project that helped support one of Western Australia's most iconic tourism destinations.

From earthworks through to final construction activities, our team was proud to play a role in delivering infrastructure that enhances access to the breathtaking Kalbarri Skywalk experience.
