Boy dad.

Also, AI why do me like that? Added like an extra 5kgs to my face.

Dad bods! Can we just take the time to appreciate the ability to squat without feeling pain. Especially when it comes to picking up your kid or trying to get down to the ground to play with them. We've all experienced it before.

If you're training to better yourself and back pain is holding you back? Give these simple drills a go in your next warm up! 🤙🏽

- 30 sec barbell chest openers
- Shoulders elevated bridge 2x20 (band around knees for extra 🍑)
- Kettlebell punches in the bottom of a squat 2x10 (brace that core and embrace the burn)

If you're a dad bod and in pain, let me know in the comments below what you want to see next! 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

Nothing worse than trying to better yourself and your back pain decides to say, "What's good? Not your back".

If your back is screaming for attention while you bench, give these a go (or see me ) 🫣

1. T-Spine Foam Roll - 45sec
2. Banded Dead Bug Pull Downs - 2x12
3. Plate Punch Bridge - 2x8

Save this for Monday! ( )

⏰⏰⏰ REST ≠ Recovery 😱😱😱

If your back is feeling like a little less like a slinky and a little more like a block of LEGOs, then you need to hear this.

Rest less, move often.

Don't get me wrong, Netflix and chill is good but for a stiff, sore low back, movement is better.

🚶🏽‍♂️light walks (15min)
🦵🏽Gentle mobility
💪🏽light loading

If you're on the couch resting a sore back, this is your reminder to get moving.

Building a strong foundation takes time. Focus on gradual progress, one brick at a time. 🧱

As the saying goes, "A foolish man builds his house on sand, but a wise man builds his house on the rock".

What's your approach to preparing your body?

As parents, we often put others first, but it's essential to prioritize our own well-being.

Take a deep breath and get your body moving.

Send this to a parent in need.
