The Clothes Peg Theory 🧺

Sometimes, the smallest things hold everything together.

A simple clothes peg keeps freshly washed clothes from falling to the ground, getting dirty again, and forcing us to start over. Even when the wind pushes against them, they hold on.

Life is much the same. Small habits, quiet support, and strong boundaries often protect everything we’ve worked hard to build.

You don’t always have to be stronger than the wind. Sometimes, you just have to hold on.

There was a time I didn’t believe I could have the life I have now.
I carried trauma, faced many challenges, and often felt lost, stuck and not enough. I didn’t know who I was underneath it all.
Slowly, I found my way back. Through healing, learning to nourish myself, listening to my own inner voice. Today I’m thriving and creating the life I once only dreamed of.
I’m sharing this because if you’re in that place right now, I want you to know there is a way through. You don’t have to find it alone.
I’m Kelly, and I hold a gentle, loving space for women ready to come home to themselves.

I’m curious 🧐 did you have a word for the year this year?

How’s it going?

I chose authenticity and wow, it’s shown up so much this year. They say what you think about is what you bring about, but on top of this, I think the universe has delivered me lessons and experiences for this in abundance.

I’m loving the learnings and growth of this tumultuous year, it’s also my “5” year and with the year of the fire horse 🐎 whoa 😧 I’m hanging on lol.

I’m developing healthy boundaries, tuning into my feelings more and choosing my today for the tomorrow I want.

My biggest learning is practicing the pause. Give it a minute. Take a breath. Settle your feelings. Then respond/react/reply. That’s been gold ⭐️

A new chapter 🙏🌈
Many of you have been here with me for a long time, and I’m truly grateful. Today I want to share where my heart is leading me next.
I’ve walked my own path through trauma and challenge after challenge. There were days I couldn’t see a way out. Through Reiki, learning to nourish myself, oracle wisdom and a lot of inner work, I found my way to a life where I’m thriving and creating my dreams.
Now I’m devoting my work to women who are ready for the same. Especially women over 40 who have spent years being everything for everyone else, and who can feel it’s finally time for them.
From here on, this page will be a space for healing, self-belief, self-love and gentle growth. You’ll find weekly card messages, stories from my own journey, and teachings on the four pillars of wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Soon I’ll also be opening Soul Circle gatherings and one-on-one sessions.
Healing isn’t instant, and it isn’t always pretty. But if you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to walk beside you.

After every storm, the light finds a way through. 🌈

I know that because I've lived it. For years I walked through some very dark seasons, and today I'm living on the other side of them. Now I want to help you find your way there too.
