🤎This week begins with the waning gibbous Moon, reaches last quarter on 2 November at 7:28 am AEDT and continues into the waning crescent. Use this diminishing light as a reflection on release and rest. November is late spring: a time to make space for flourishing growth as daylight increases towards summer. Clear one small corner of your home or schedule, while allowing your own pace to remain gentle.

🌿 This week’s intention: I release what no longer needs my attention, return to steady ground and create space for meaningful growth.

Simple Daily Practice
1. Breathe: Take three gentle breaths while holding your crystal or placing it nearby.
2. Ground: Notice the support beneath your feet and name three things you can see.
3. Release: Choose one unnecessary task, item or expectation to set aside.
4. Reflect: Notice what feels more spacious after simplifying your day.
