Support Worker Wanted – Harvey/Cookernup Area

Included Solutions Pty Ltd is currently seeking a mature, reliable female support worker to join our team in the Harvey/Cookernup area.

We provide support to a number of NDIS participants and are looking for the right person to work across several clients. The role may offer 20+ hours per week for the successful applicant, with the potential for ongoing regular shifts.

About You: • Female support worker (client preference)
• Compassionate, patient and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in disability support preferred but not essential
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or police clearance (or willing to obtain)

Good morning lovely people,

Just a post to let you know our hours are changing as we have now taken on a receptionist who has been one of our fantastic support workers for quite sometime now. Please pop in and say hi to the amazing and most welcoming Caz. She would love to see to you come in for a browse of the gift shop area or to speak about the amazing work all our fantastic staff do out in the community.

We really do thank Caz for stepping in to this role and hope you will all drop in and say hi 👋😊

New office hours will be 8am to 2pm Monday to friday starting this week as a transition but we will full steam ahead as of Dec 1st with lots of new things for sale ready for Christmas.

Middle-Aged Woman Preferred – Immediate Start

Included Solutions is seeking a middle-aged woman to join our supportive, community-focused team as a Support Worker in Harvey. This role has been identified according to client preference and offers stable weekly hours with room to grow.

📅 Hours Available

Monday: 8 hours

Tuesday: 6 hours

Wednesday: 6 hours

Thursday: 5 hours minimum

Friday: 8 Hours

More hours available in future if keen

📝 About the Role

You will play an important part in delivering person-centred support, including daily living assistance and community access. We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and confident working independently.

✔ Requirements

Middle-aged woman (as per client preferences)

Enjoying going fishing

Have a good sense of humour

Experience in disability or aged-care support preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain)
