🌟 Another busy week at RANCARE Connect! 🌟
There’s been plenty happening, with lots of opportunities to build skills, get out and about, and have some fun along the way!
🥟 Sam whipped up some delicious homemade chicken and vegetable pasties before cashing in his recycled containers through the Container Deposit Scheme. 💰♻️
🍝 Things got competitive during our “Great Spaghetti Cook-Off”! Participants and staff battled it out in the kitchen, with Jodie and Narelle taking on the very important job of judging the dishes and declaring the winning team… although there’s still some debate about exactly who won! 😂🏆
🚂 Max enjoyed a visit to the model railway exhibition, while our Independent Living crew hopped on the train to Frankston to catch Moana. 🎬 The group did a fantastic job planning their journey and working out how to navigate public transport to Frankston — a great opportunity to put their travel training and independent living skills into practice. And, of course, they all loved the movie! 💙
Another week filled with learning, independence, teamwork, new experiences and plenty of fun at RANCARE Connect!
