🤍 October 18–24 is Invisible Disabilities Week 🤍

Not every disability is visible. Not every struggle can be seen.

Behind a smile may be chronic pain, exhaustion, anxiety, illness or challenges that others know nothing about.

Just because someone looks fine doesn’t mean they are.

💙 Listen without judgement.
💙 Show kindness and understanding.
💙 Never assume you know someone’s struggles.
💙 Respect what you cannot see.

You don’t have to see someone’s challenges to acknowledge that they are real.

A little compassion can make a world of difference. 🤍

🌈🎨 EVERYONE HAS A LITTLE CREATIVITY INSIDE THEM! 💜

You don’t have to be an artist to create something beautiful.

Sometimes all it takes is a little imagination, a splash of colour and the confidence to give it a go! 🖌️✨

Art is NEVER wrong! ❤️

There are no mistakes, no right or wrong ways and no rules about what your creation should look like.

Art is YOUR imagination, YOUR interpretation and YOUR expression. What one person sees may be completely different to what another sees and that’s what makes creativity so special!

So pick up that paintbrush, grab those pencils or try something new. Be proud of what you create, because it’s uniquely YOU! 🌻

💜 At Dreamwork Connect, we believe everyone has something special to share.
