🌿 Happy International Ayurveda Day! 🌿

Today, we celebrate Ayurveda an ancient system of medicine and a timeless science of healthy living.

Ayurveda focuses not only on managing symptoms, but on understanding the root cause of health concerns and restoring balance within the body and mind. Through personalised diet, lifestyle, herbal remedies and traditional therapies, Ayurveda aims to support the body’s natural healing processes and promote long-term wellbeing.

May the wisdom of Ayurveda guide us towards a healthier, happier and longer life. 🌿💚

🌿 Muscle Pain or Joint Pain? Your Diet Matters Too! 🌿

According to Ayurveda, certain foods may aggravate Pitta Dosha, increasing ushna (heat) and contributing to inflammatory symptoms in susceptible individuals. When Pitta is aggravated, existing muscle and joint discomfort may feel worse.

At Care Ceylon Wellness, we may recommend limiting certain foods depending on your individual condition and body constitution, including red meat, certain fish and shellfish, canned foods, pickled or vinegar-based foods, and selected fruits and vegetables.

🌱 Ayurveda focuses on restoring balance—not simply treating symptoms. Choosing foods suited to your Prakriti (body constitution) and current dosha imbalance can support overall wellbeing and complement your individual treatment plan.

Heal naturally • Restore balance • Live better

Individual dietary advice may vary. Persistent or severe joint or muscle pain should be medically assessed.
