Iā€™m not an alarmist never have been but Iā€™m most definitely a watcher! Who knows what is going to happen in the years between now and 2033, many things, I think. This is simply one viewpoint. What I do feel and have received many downloads on, is that we need to learn to ā€˜go withinā€™ and to regulate our nervous system.
If we truly learn to do this then we will be able to withstand what may happen.
Right now many of us have been stuck in flight or fight mode for most of our lives, we have been conditioned to think this is normal and acceptable.

Donā€™t know what to do???
A suggestion -
Sit under a beautiful tree settle your backside on the ground.
Sit quietly.
Reverently ask the tree permission to receive help from it.
Close your eyes and gently breathe using your diaphragm.
Calmly state that you are safe and protected.
Place a hand on your stomach and take your awareness from your head down to the solar plexus as you take nice deep breaths.
Sit in this way for as long as you need.
