There's a kind of effort that exhausts you.

And then there's grace.

I've learned the difference between pushing the river and being moved by it. Between striving for transformation and allowing it to arrive. Both the healing and the creation — they happen in grace, not force.

"By the grace of God" isn't a passive phrase for me anymore. It's an active surrender. A willingness to be used by something bigger than my own effort. Your message, your gifts, your next step — they're not delayed because you aren't trying hard enough. They're ripening in their own time, being delivered by the cosmos when the conditions are right.

Your willingness to surrender to the universe allows your message to be delivered by the cosmos.

Here's something that took me a long time to understand:

Insight alone doesn't change behaviour.

You can know exactly why you fawn. You can trace it all the way back to childhood. You can name the wound, identify the trigger, understand the nervous system response with beautiful clarity.

And still find yourself apologising before you've even finished a sentence.

Why?

Because healing addresses the wound. It doesn't always change the structure.

There's a concept I work with from structural consultant Robert Fritz — the idea of structural tension. When you hold a clear vision of what you want to create AND an honest picture of your current reality, natural tension builds. And that tension resolves toward the vision.

That's the advancing pattern. Each step forward becomes the new floor.

But without that structure in place, the default is oscillating — making progress, then snapping back to the starting point. Not because you haven't healed enough. Because the structure underneath hasn't shifted yet.

The Dragonfly Pathway combines both: the inner child healing work that clears the old structure, and the creative tension work that builds the new one.

There was a time when someone would raise their voice at me and I'd go completely quiet.

Not because I chose to. Because my nervous system chose for me.

I'd spend the next three days replaying the conversation, wondering what I'd done wrong, over-explaining, over-giving, over-apologising.

The freeze was my floor. I always came back to it.

Until the structure changed.

It wasn't one breakthrough moment. It was a slow, consistent shift — inner child work, structural tension work, building a new creative vision for my life and learning to hold it even when reality didn't match yet.

And then one day, someone raised their voice and I just... held my ground. Not perfectly. Not dramatically. I simply didn't collapse.

That was the day I understood the advancing pattern.

Each step forward becomes the new floor. The snap-back stops happening. Not because you've finally "got it together." Because the structure beneath you has changed.

Can I tell you something I see over and over again with the women I work with?

She sets a boundary. A real one. She says "I need some space this weekend" and she means it. She feels strong.

Then by Monday morning, she's texted to apologise three times.

And she's exhausted. And confused. Because she tried. She really did.

Here's what I want her to know — and what I want you to know too.

That snap-back? It's not weakness. It's not a character flaw. It's not proof that you're "not ready" for change.

It's a structure.

There's an invisible internal structure that has been doing its job — keeping you safe, keeping you connected, keeping the peace — for years. Maybe decades. And when you try to move in a new direction, that structure does exactly what it was designed to do.

It pulls you back.

The path of least resistance isn't forward. Not yet. Not until the structure changes.

Mark the date, lovely. Saturday, September 26th.

A Full Moon in Aries rises this weekend — and it doesn't arrive alone. It's accompanied by Saturn, the lord of truth and consequences, and Neptune, the dissolver of illusions. Astrologers are calling it the most intense moon of the season.

Here's what that combination actually means for you.

Aries is the sign of the self. Your fire and spirit, your wants, your right to take up space. And a Full Moon is a floodlight. So this weekend, the light lands on every place you've been abandoning yourself.

The yes that should have been a no.
The peace you keep buying with your own silence.
The version of yourself you step back into so others stay comfortable.
The needs you've filed under "later" — for years.

Full Moons are release points. This one — with Saturn demanding honesty and Neptune melting the stories we've been telling ourselves — is a release point for the oldest pattern most of us carry: self-abandonment dressed up as being easy, being kind, being fine.

If the feelings run loud this week, expect it. Irritation that surprises you. Old resentments surfacing. A sudden inability to fake it. That's not you losing your grip. That's the floodlight doing its job.

"I release the keeper of peace." "I release the shrinking." "I release needing everyone's approval or permission to breathe."

One sentence, said like you mean it. The moon does the illuminating. You do the choosing.

We don't always realize it, but many of us are living today as if our past is about to happen all over again. 🛑

As kids, we adapted to stay safe:
• We kept the peace
• We stayed quiet
• We ignored our gut feelings
• We controlled situations just to avoid rejection

It made complete sense then. But doing it now keeps us stuck — making decisions from old fear instead of new possibility.

You can't create a new future while you're busy protecting yourself from the old one.

Start fresh today. Ask yourself:
1️⃣ Where am I right now?
2️⃣ Where do I actually want to go?
3️⃣ What's my single next step?
